IT Apprentice

We are currently looking to expand our team through the addition of a new apprentice at our head office in Wynyard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to start their career within IT and build experience supporting end users. The perfect candidate will be passionate about IT and eager to develop themselves.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • 1st line support duties
  • Supporting users over phone
  • Fixing and troubleshooting hardware & software issues
  • Building / Configuring Computers
  • Troubleshoot Network and VoIP issues
  • Supporting customers with issues on site
  • Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Mature and presentable
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Someone who can drive is desired
  • Grade 4/C GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2 Maths

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme.

Following completion of your programme, you may have the opportunity to progress to a Level 4 programme and take your training even further.
