Keepsafe is a windows and doors repair company delivering customer service across North Yorkshire.

Background / Need

Keepsafe was using a fixed landline that would become inactive after the 2025 analogue switch-off. They needed a way to keep their number while moving to digital telecoms.

Outcome

Communicate moved Keepsafe's existing number to its telecoms platform and created a virtual number that transferred calls through to mobile. Their number is protected, telecoms are digitalised, and they can answer calls on the go while reducing landline costs.
