Paul brings more than 30 years of managed services experience, including helping scale a UK MSP from start-up to over 1,000 employees and £190m in revenue. As CEO, he focuses on leading Communicate Technology with clarity and energy, strengthening culture, supporting growth and driving us to be the best MSP our customers have ever worked with.
Chris is an experienced CFO with board-level experience across AIM-listed, private equity-backed and international businesses. He brings a sharp focus on financial insight, integration and profitable growth, helping build finance functions that support better decisions and keep the business moving forward.
Chris has been part of Communicate from the beginning and plays a key role in shaping the technology behind the business. With 18 years’ experience across software, hardware, infrastructure and service delivery, he focuses on the technical decisions that move us forward, including the development of our own UK-wide full-fibre network.
