I'm really pleased to welcome you to the new Communicate Technology brand and website.
This is an exciting moment for us. It brings Communicate Technology and Blaze Networks together under one shared identity and gives us a better way to show customers the full range of people, expertise and services now available to support them.
Our new website replaces the previous Communicate and Blaze websites. It is designed to make it easier to understand how we can help, whether that is through Secure Networks, Cyber Security, Cloud, Workplace technology or Assurance services.
But this is about much more than a fresh logo and a new website.
One accountable partner
Over time, we have been bringing our business closer together: connecting our teams, systems and ways of working so that we can offer a more consistent and joined-up experience for customers.
The aim is simple. We want to combine the personal service, responsiveness and trusted relationships that customers already value with more depth, broader expertise and a wider range of services.
We want to be the best MSP our customers have ever worked with. For us, that means taking the time to understand what matters to you, taking ownership when something needs attention, and working proactively to keep your technology secure, reliable and working hard for your organisation.
The same people, with more behind them
While our brand is changing, the people who support you remain at the heart of everything we do.
You will continue to work with the familiar contacts and teams who know your organisation and understand your technology. What is growing is the support around them: more specialists, more shared knowledge and more capabilities available when you need them.
Whether you have worked with Communicate Technology, Blaze Networks or some of our previous acquisitions, we want you to feel the benefit of a more connected business without losing the personal relationship you value.
Still a work in progress
We also want to be open: bringing businesses together does not happen overnight.
We will increasingly communicate and operate as one Communicate Technology business, but some existing systems, portals, contact routes and processes will remain in place while we complete the work behind the scenes. This will vary depending on the services you use and your existing relationship with us, but as ever we will keep you informed of any other changes.
Working alongside you
We know that even positive change can sometimes be felt. Our focus is always on making things as smooth as possible, but we also know the important thing is how we respond when something does not go quite as planned. If you have a question, feedback or an issue you want to raise, please talk to us. We will listen, take ownership and work with you to make it right.
