About the Role 

As Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of how our brand shows up in the world—elevating our visual identity, tone, and positioning to match our market-leading services. Working closely with marketing, sales, design, and leadership, you’ll bring consistency, creativity, and commercial thinking to every touchpoint. 

This is an ideal role for a hands-on, strategic brand marketer with a flair for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for building bold brands that connect. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Owning the brand: Lead brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials. 
  • Building brand identity: Manage and evolve our visual style, tone of voice, and messaging—making sure every asset is on-brand and effective. 
  • Creating standout campaigns: Work with the wider marketing team to concept, execute, and optimise campaigns that build brand awareness and drive growth. 
  • Bringing the brand to life: Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure a seamless brand experience, from pitch decks to social content. 
  • Customer and market insight: Use research, data, and competitor analysis to refine positioning and uncover opportunities to stand out. 
  • Supporting growth: Drive internal and external brand alignment as we scale into new sectors, services, and markets. 
  • Internal engagement: Champion the brand across the business, making sure every team understands and lives our identity and values. 

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Brand marketing experience – You’ve built, evolved, or managed B2B brands and know what it takes to make a lasting impression. 
  • Creative mindset – You’re comfortable pushing creative boundaries, while staying focused on results. 
  • Strategic thinker – You can connect brand activity with commercial goals, and you use insight to guide decision-making. 
  • Detail-driven – From fonts to phrasing, you know the little things matter. 
  • Collaborative and confident – You enjoy working cross-functionally and can communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively. 
  • Tools of the trade – Comfortable with brand and campaign planning tools, CMS, CRM, and creative platforms (like Canva, Adobe CC, or similar).
