What the client said

Geoff Hogg, Chief Executive of Chaloner Group, said:

“Part of our aim for the construction of TeesAMP was to utilise a predominately local supply chain, which is a strategy backed by Middlesbrough Council and the Mayor Andy Preston.

It also fits with Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen’s commitment to local business support for other landmark developments such as Teesside International Airport and Teesworks and we very much share in that ambition.

This is the first project we have worked with Communicate Technology and have been impressed with their expertise and value for money.

Its contribution to the development of TeesAMP has been essential to ensuring occupiers have high quality, future-proof technology infrastructure to support their advanced manufacturing operations.”
