Q. What type of internet service is included?
A. We provide a wireless internet service directly to your van. A small wireless transmitter will be placed on the outside of your van, a cable will then be ran to the inside of your van to a small wireless router.
We will require access to the outside and inside of your caravan during the install.
This is not a mobile/cellular connection.
Q. Is there a guaranteed uptime or minimum speeds?
A. Due to the complexity of a wireless system such as this it’s difficult to guarantee 100% uptime, due to many external factors which are out of our control, such as radar and extreme weather etc.
However, we strive to always ensure customers receive the best possible speeds and uptime by investing in the best equipment (with plenty of spares kept in stock) along with our excellent team of engineers who pro-actively monitor the parks network and the connections to the vans.
We also don’t lock customers into any minimum contract periods so if you find the service doesn’t work for you then you can cancel at any time.

Q. I have previously had service from another provider, can you reuse their hardware?
A. It’s likely that we will need to replace any existing equipment with our own. We will install a router inside the van and a transmitter outside. Any previous equipment is likely not compatible.
Q. If I have an issue with the service, do you provide support?
A. We have a dedicated team of network engineers which support this service. Details of how to log a support ticket will be provided to all customers.
Q. How many devices can I connect?
A. We don’t limit the number of devices that you can connect.
Q. Is there a cap on data usage?
A. Data usage is not capped.
Q. Which package would be best for me?
A. For basic web browsing on 1-2 devices we recommend a lower package, if you have a high number of devices and used for video streaming services then we recommend a higher package.
Q. How long will the installation take?
A. Installations typically take between 30-60 minutes, however this can vary depending on circumstances.
Q. Can you provide me a timeslot for the install?
A. Unfortunately, we can’t provide a specific timeslot.
